For those in I.T. that work behind the scenes. The challenge is most people don't know just what it is that I.T. does. I.T.'s job isn't out in the public view like others.
GOSPEL: If you meet them half-way, you'll have a friend for LIFE.
ALSO: If you ask an I.T. person a question (anyone for that matter), be courteous enough to LET THEM FINISH before interrupting them. Their time, like yours, is just as important.
