iPhone 4 call screen bug / issues - Bluetooth

Have now done 4 restores (flipping between setup from a back up and starting as a "new phone").

This is what happens when I get a call (despite what particular caller)...I dialed the number in the other phone and THEN started the video. There are 3-4 rings before the phone does anything.

Note that once the phone is locked I have to press the "home" button 3-4 times before it will wake up.
