  • I'm planning a large C&O layout as well, so this definitely whets my appetite! I have two questions: 1) What type of sound decoder is installed in that locomotive? 2) What technique do you use to weather your steamers? They look beautiful!

  • Ralph - this is a freinds layout. don't know his weathering technique but suspect it with diluted paints as per model magazines. he does use the new Tsunami sound decoders from Soundtraxx

  • Hey ownry, who makes that C&O Greenbrier? I've always wanted one in HO scale

  • The Greenbriar was made by Overland Limited. I got this from the layout owner.

  • It is HO scale
