common business tactics tell out whats not being purchased will not be sold. there is educational rap. christian rap. gangster rap. pop rap. rock rap. all sorts. its a cross over genera. find what you like and learn from it or enjoy its fruits. hiphop is not one person. one mood. or one life style. it is a name for a form of rhytm and rhyme. what those who use it choose to express is purely up to them and betweent hem and God. i am no one to judge. i just know what i want to listen to.

yeah. its irronic that ur comment was pretty uneducated and dat backs. hiphop and rap music is created byt he listener. what is being paid for is what the industry wil continue to force most artist to put out. who buys rap music the most!? percent wise and number. white poeple! so dont blam hiphop. blame the poeple chosing what kind of rap to put at the top! and rock music makes me wanna riot and kill myself. country makes me depressed. but not every artist from genre is that way.

It's cool, you just need to realize that REAL hip-hop isn't about all the crap you see on MTV and hear on mainstream radio. That's what stations like KEXP are for. Keeping real music alive. I get a lot of shit for listening to hip hop from certain people, but I'm not down with the mainstream bitches, money, bling and cars stuff. That's for 14 year olds. But you're right, that type of hip hop is what's bringing the entire urban culture to it's knees.

I came across this clip by mistake, I was looking for street sounds of the eighties, its black soul music, check it out, its realy good funky stuff.
