I recognise Zac Gazzard. I don't know him personally, but I remember seeing him on the UNE website about a Hawker scholarship that he had recieved (quite a large scholarship).
From memory, i think he resides at Robb College. Anyway, good to see that students are taking interest in bushwalking around the New England. I often go bushwalking and think that it is an awesome place to explore...

- Zac wasn't the first on the scene (I was) he was the first down the line
- Light wasn't quickly fading; we had about 90 minutes left which was ample to get out if we had a rope
