  • these exercises that i recommend works the entire body.

    for yours, u can try doing intervals of sprints(30sec) and slow jogs(1min) for 10-20min.

  • Thanx for posting this. I wanted to ask you, could you give a detailed plan of what someone could do in an hour or two at the gym everyday. Because I have a membership, and I use it; but only to run on the treadmill. Is there anything you can suggest?

  • btw, i have cellulite and fat problems around thighs and butt. my abs r fine. wonder wat kind of exrcise that work for lower body part. Anyway, thanks for posting!
