Ealbeal means that culture needs to evolve on it's own to make any change..if it's forced by other cultures it won't work..it will just exhasibate the situation. You wouldn't try to force your religion on someone else like that. why shoud the US and UK be allowed to do it?

I agree! My family is from the NWFP and have seen it first hand. America play chess with people lives, especially the women of Afgahanistan.
