What a disrespectful interview conducted by D. Rather. This is ambush journalism at its worse! George H. W. Bush did a great job in maintaining his cool while being interrupted repeatedly with fully-loaded political angled questions.

Funny how Bush 41 mentioned Dan Rather throwing a hissyfit over CBS' U.S. Open coverage running a couple of minutes late and going AWOL from the CBS Evening News set. I really WISH someone had that up on YouTube.

"How would you like it if I judged your career by those 7 minutes when you walked off the set in New York?" I loved that line! I was a kid when I saw this and don't remember Dan Rather being so disrespectful. Shame on him.
