12 Incognito Lingual Braces Spring and Stripping

Spring and Stripping! Just been to have wires tightened and had spring put onto lower set and also upper middle incisors reduced.

I had this done today, and I have to wait 6 months for them to be removed. They are so uncomfortable, and they scrape against your tongue and your inside-gum. This is going to be a looooong 6 months.

Lol you have a better life with those braces. I have an experienced doctor who i have to visit every 6 weeks and then decide whether i have surgery when i'm 18. Are you allowed chewing gum?
