@Jhaub420 Just for the sake of discussion. There is a video by: Penmuseum called: "Great Religions along the Silk Road: Zoroastrianism". I don't have the time to see if the dates coincide; however, Zoroastrianism itself did make it into China, I don't know about the Magi.

Penmuseum has a great series; however, evidently they have deleted some of my comments that I thought were worthwhile and added to the content and discussion. Some of this background anonymous censorship annoys me.

@HOMEnHIGH I get it, almost clever...however, their is a grain of truth in it...scandal after scandal after scandal. Churchianity ("Trashianity") has never appealed to me...no telling what you might be seated next in the pews. Authentic Christianity is not kept alive by the common puke of the earth.

The likes of these Magi were the real deal. You are entitled to make a pun out of this oral tradition...however, it's the real deal also.

Church is for cockroaches...I'm just warming up.

Marco Polo references the Persian city of Saba as the place the three Magi set out on their historic journey and as the place they were buried in three large monuments "The bodies are still entire with hair and beard remaining".

Take that account for what it is worth; but, this subject of the Magi is worth seriously looking into. I figure it out,I'll let you know.

Seems many of these sorts of hereditary Priests had phenomenal intellectual powers and memories and passed on oral tradition.

First of all where did we get three kings dont know how many their were .The Magi first appears in Dan.2 but im sure he wants to sell the book also their is no record of the magi going to see Jesus at Bethlehem but is Nazarene, also it problem took them over a year
