You might like trying Layrite. Its the best. Great hold, has some shine, smells bomb. And it washes out like no problem. Im thinking of tryin Royal Crown. But what I usually use is Layrite. And sometime I use Dax & Sweet Georgia Brown (Purple Can)- SMELLS BOMB, like grapes.

great look man. i use brylcreem and groom&clean together. works pretty good i;ve found. got the left side part going on too. love the look.

@TheGreaseCat Please whatever you do don't get Layrite get Suavecito or La bella water pomade with the La Bella styling putty.

try slick back next time

i like it
So it goes like this man. First, nice hair I get that bit that sticks out in the back as well sometimes. Brylcreem (the cream of course) has no hold and is basically for shine. I use murrays mostly cuz of the cost and I've never broken out like that but it could also be because i dont have sideburns >_< So maybe dont use any on them 'burns and you'll be good. I know this seems weird but to wash out Murrays faster it's good to use a degreaser like that thick dish wash soap when your in the shower

@greenshock792 Yeah man thanks, I think the problem was I was putting it in my sideburns and it started to irritate my skin. It's cleared up now and I still like using RC and Brylcreem. I've had luck with using Groom&Clean beforehand, and then using a product removing shampoo that my mom can score for me since she's a licensed cosmetologist lol

@6747654 Yeah I've heard good things about both of those. My acne's cleared up since I made sure I didn't have pomade on my forehead or sideburns. I've considered getting Layrite also.
