Pokemon Emerald (Catching Latios)

After I defeated the Elite 4, my mom in this game told me that there was a breaking news that there was a Eon Pokemon roaming in Hoenn Region & she asked me what color did I see. So, I choose Red, because I want Latias to be a wild Pokemon that in Southern Island. To get to Southern Island in Pokemon Emerald, you have to Mixed Records with Pokemon Ruby or Sapphire that it has an Eon Ticket.

@Destroyer5522 If you said the Pokemon was blue, you get Latios, if you said red, you get Latias. On Southern Island it's the opposite of the one you said. You if you said blue, Latias will be on the island. Hope this helps.

And to get an Eon Ticket you need to have an E-Reader and that Nintendo Power magazine that HAD the Eon Ticket in it.
