Haunted A Jonas Horror Story (Chapter 126)

AN: don't worry you've still got the epilogue to go. I'll apologise in advance if it takes a few weeks for me to get it up because uni is as i said really hectic right now and there's just not enough hours in a day. :D

Slowly Joes hand relaxed underneath hers.
"that's how things would be for a long time to come" Chloe thought wisely. "Slow". Piecing back her life, building back her relationship with Joe, with everyone, moving on, it would all take time. Reasonably Chloe knew at some point this would frustrate her but she also knew it was the only way to truly recover and that was just what she was planning to do. She would recover from this no one was going to get the best of Chloe Thomson not now she thought a bright smile tugging at her lips, not after she had made it this far not after they had all made it this far. They were here together like they should have always been no one could take this moment from her. She squeezed Joes hand gently as she placed her free hand beside Melody's against the glass. This little girl made it all look so easy how could Chloe not try and follow suit. She had brought them all together. She had given hope and Chloe wasn't quite sure how to begin to repay this little girl for the miracle she had unknowingly performed.

Let the rain come down and wash away my tears
Let it fill my soul and drown my fears
Let it shatter the walls for a new, new sun
A new day has come

Annie looked around at the full room tears fighting to break free as she took in each growing smile. She had never felt this at peace, this overcome with happiness. They were nowhere near perfect Annie knew this, they still had their problems some bigger than others. But here right now those problems didn't dampen the high spirits. In time they would all go to face their demons but never alone not now. Now they had each other and suddenly Annie had hope. Things would work out in time and that was something they could all wait for. Taking the hand of her husband she leant against him fully, greedily drinking in the sight of her beautiful daughter once more. Her little girl had brought them all together. Her little girl had helped to save them all.

"She was our sunshine the light that had been curly taken from our world." Joe thought as he finally basked in the happiness of which were the room and people that surrounded him.
"She was every piece of hope of faith that we had every held onto with our fingertips in the last year" Nick realized an easy smile breaking onto his lips as he moved closer to Mel's side placing his hand gently on top of hers.
"She may not know it but she had saved us all." Melody contemplated within her thoughts as sunk into nicks strong side
"She was the reason the future looked brighter, she was a reason to continue one of many. She was hope" Chloe reflected as she basked in the strength of the hand surrounding hers, she would never forget.
"She was a miracle." Kevin simply decided once again as he took the weight of his wife beside him.
"She was our miracle. The one we had been fighting for" Annie thought as she took in the smiles spread across the room. Only one other name would ever be able to live up to their daughter.
"Hope" Annie breathed

A new day has come

They would never forget, but in time they would move on.
