Stealing from a hospital, especially one stretched to it's limits following a disaster
Operating inside a hospital without the expressed permission of medically trained professionals
Dismantling a radiation shield
Giving potentially unsafe water to the injured

It was found that the water was not immediately dangerous, all this means is that this Vulture Minister was lucky that she didn't kill anyone!

This is further proof that Vulture Ministers are only causing more harm than good, and for what? To try and make the Church of $cientology look good and recruit more members. Ultimately, $cientology is the only one profiting off this disaster!
