I have been working on staying centered in the back of the ring, opening my left foot without shifting my weight. From that point I am keeping my right foot dorsiflexed (toe up) and my right knee bent. As I enter the middle of the ring I am working on "facing" the ring. My goal is to keep my head and shoulders facing the throwing sector while my right leg maximizes separation between my right hip and right shoulder to maintain
