HURDLE JUMPS TO SPRINTS TO PUSHUPS - 10 Total Rounds

Purpose of this workout is to jump over 5 hurdles off two feet and immediately sprint for 45-50 yards the perform 10 pushups

  • @youngsoldier93 I don't know why you wouldn't be doing this in football practice. Plyometrics build athletes better than a weightroom imo.
