RAK Maritime City

Located approx 25 km north of Ras Al Khaimah City, the new RAK Maritime City covers approx 8 million sqm. It has a new harbour with 5 km of new quay wall and a draft of 7 metres, The first phase of RAK Maritime City is complete and all the real estate areas have been leveled and graded. Shipping has now fully operational marine access to all the berths and jetties.

RAK Maritime City Free Zone is open for business.

RAKMC Free Zone offers investors both FZE and FZCO status and issues industrial and trading licenses. Work permits and UAE residence visas are also issued.

Investors are offered two types of plots.

i) waterside plots with a linear quay length as part of its boundary, and giving exclusive use of that jetty, and
ii) plots with no direct access to the water and located away from the harbour area.

Plots are available with a minimum size of 10,000 sqm. Waterside plots, with an exclusive berth/ jetty of 100 linear metres, are available with a minimum leased area of 30,000 sqm. Lease
agreements are being offered for 25 years, renewable for a further 25 years.
