This is a speed demontration of a few speed refined principles from Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chun, Baqua, and other various Gung-Fu Arts. After studying these refined arts I took them and combined them to try and break the speed of previous unrefined styles. Much like Bruce Lee did in his refined Jeet Kune Do, Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do and Jun Fan Gung Fu. Using what he learned from the knowledge he obtained in other arts he refined it. He did not add on but he took only the useable and left out all the useless parts. I believe that I can eventually hit up to 15 times a second in the future. This is a goal of mine after finding I can sometimes hit 9 to 12 times just under a second. Unfortunately I did not get this on video. But once I become more consistant I will post one with hopefully 12-15 strikes a second.

  • My brother and i have developed our style from brother victor marx when he was here in louisiana.

  • Victor Marx was our lead instructor in Hawaii. He moved to Colorado Springs a few years ago though. I was good friends with his son Shilo when they were living here. I miss them alot! So are you a former or active Keichu-Do student?

  • If you notice I'm striking the vulnerable points like the sternum, solarplex, chest, throat, colarbone, side of the neck, side of the head or temple, chin, raking across the nose, and hitting to the face.

  • it cant not only be fast but it also hast to be with great force nd power to take effect

  • Speed is effective for generating power. Simple Physics states, acceleration turns mass into power. The velocity of the strikes and weight of my arms and body create a great amount of power. I am able to move a 200 lb stationary practice dummy with these strikes. To an actual human body, speed and accuracy mixed with knowledge of weak points on the body can be deadly.

  • alot of slapping

  • @Morlar5 There is an extreme amount of power in his strikes, not only because of the speed, but the points in which he strikes. At full concentration, using speed, even a blind punch can be parried. If you were guarding every critical strike point on your body, you would have no chance of escape. Throwing a blind punch is all you could do.

  • @JinxTotal The thing is when it comes to these strikes you have to be able to keep all points blocked from his strikes, as well as create an opening. At his speed, even if you were to get out of his striking range, you have no chance as long as the fight remains with fists. You have no choice but to get in close for a punch, and if you're throwing full extension punches you're at a disadvantage, due to the speed of his strikes. Once he steps inside of your range, even 6", you're done.

  • Hey man do you attend any Martial Arts school? great technique sir!

  • @JinxTotal u got 1 sec to avoid about 8 punches. good luck with that!

  • Nice speed, but i wuld use the fist on the chest and the flat hand on face and throat, its more effective!

  • there's a beat in it :D

  • stop bitchslapping

  • I like your technique in speed punching but you would also need t balance out speed along with power. If you try to defend someone the same size as the body bag you're hitting you'll slightly sting them. I also notice you hold your breath when you punch. Try to breathe out every time you make contact. Since every time you inhale i see you slowly relax your arms and leave your left side open to the opponents right hook. Breathing more often would make your little rest even shorter.

  • aight thatwould not take u down that would just daze u wich is the point this fast punches i made to daze u not o take u down thts y his hitting in persific parts like the temple and throut im 13 and i do 6 to 7 in a second i have done jkd sins 3 and u ppl tht say jkd is an style ITS NOT A STYLE OF FIGHTING its made to express ur self as an human being not all this intertaining moves this is not an martial art this is a sport tht was made for human physics and intellegents TRAIN EVRY PART OF URB
