he Detroit auto show is a huge theater, a Las Vegas-like stage where carmakers do their best to thrill and amaze a world audience. Toyota will step up this year and present its FT-HS Hybrid Sports Concept, a futuristic sports car that would be powered by a 400-horsepower hybrid powertrain.

  • replaces the supra...dang... that car was a legend

  • SupraHV based on old model supra won in the domestic endurance race.

The Celica and Supra were an avant-garde design sports cars of Toyota. It is not with both cars now. The possibility of this car to be put on the market by the design from which eyes fly out is high. Pros and cons are the enjoyments.

  • Now that looks like a 21st century car !!

  • I love that trash compressor roof. If a back seat driver trash talks when I drive, I just hit the trash compressor button.

  • @davisgreen2020 2012 for the ft-86/f-rs

  • @EFdesantiago they do have sports car blood though, but that unfortunately died nearly a decade ago. thankfully, the ft-86/f-rs is bringing sport back to toyota, unlike the bland crap toyota has become today.

  • Toyota doesn't have much racing blood in their pedigree like Nissan does, so I wonder how the end result will be for this car. I hope it does well!

  • They should put this car in production for 2015 !!

  • AFTER ALL THAT BLA BLA IL SAY THAT ONLY TWO CARS WOULD EVERYONE WOULD KNOW EVEN GRAMPA AND GRANMA

    TOYOTA SUPRA

    HONDA CIVIC

    WTF IS A NISSAN????

  • the toyota supra was perhaps the single car that defined the term import tuner and devised a prestigious image that lasts to this day..

its sad they're replacing it with this rocketship..
