Aw, how lovely! This really made me smile! I have a chow chow and she is so lazy as heck, I would throw her toys so she can go and retrieve it but she makes ME chase after her. Lol.
Yeah, I wish I lived near a lake, or a pond like that, I would really enjoy my dog swimming. It will definitely make her healthier since I cant walk her. :/

i have a chow chow thats 3 months old. we have this near by park that allows pets in the water. i was wondeing if she could swim as early as three months. i thought yes and then i saw it said simba was ... 7? so yea. ADVICE PLEASE :)

@wildonesthehacker We introduced Simba to water at a young age. Also we made it as fun as possible... and got in the water with him. We threw his toys in the water and even his favorite treats to go retrieve.

@KENDOGG5 Each dog is different. I've heard they do not... but I think it's all in the experience each dog has with the water... just make it fun for them! Lots of praises.
