@Ironsouled everyone knows Thurl whether they know the name or not. Even if they never saw the Grinch, can't imagine anyone doesn't know Tony the Tiger. Awesome voice. Think Bowser was more versatile though.

This has been so great getting reacquainted with one of my favorite bands from my childhood. ALWAYS watched the show from 1980 to around 1982 or so. Bowzer was definitely my childhood hero and it's taken me viewing these old show segments to realize that! I loved him! YES! LET'S GET THE SHA NA NA VARIETY SHOW ON DVD....NOW!
