std. bore, TRW forged flat-tops, Scat 5.7 rods, aluminium World Products heads, stainless 2.02,1.60 valves,1.5&1.6 roller rockers screw-in studs & guide plates, 280H Comp Cam, Profesional Products polished intake, going into 1955 Chevy 2-door hardtop Belair.

  • This is a great example of a cam that's matched to the heads. How much bore taper did the block have? Was it a new casting?

  • Dont know about the bore taper my friend did the machine work has passed away and took all the knowledge with him.I know the block was seasoned not new.I only assembled the engine not machine work. Thanks for the comment.

  • 180 F. Not in car yet dont know how it will run in car on 105 F. day in Oklahoma.

  • i have a 350 chevy stock motor in my 1985 cadillac seville also stock if i put i twin turbo kit on it do you think the car could handle it.
