U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder says the alleged mastermind of the terrorist attacks on the United States on September 11th, 2001 will be tried in New York City where the first attacks took place and Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, and four co-defendants, will be brought to New York to stand trial before a civilian federal court rather than a military commission. Media reports also indicate that a prison in Illinois may end up housing former prisoners of Guantanamo Bay which has ignited the debate of how big a risk Guantanamo detainees can be for United States but a British journalist and film maker Andy Worthington says that Guantanamo may still be open in January 2011.With just over two months until President Obama's deadline for the closure of Guantanamo, the Film" Outside the Law-Stories from Guantanamo" and his book "The Guantanamo Files" provides an insight into Guantanamo and how big a challenge it has become for Obama Administration.
