I liked this one, and I'm glad to see a low impact workout. I just wished you hadn't spent quite so much time on a warm up and more time on the workout. The music is very calming and refreshing. Lovely choice.

Did this workout first time yesterday. Perfect 10 minute break from desk and left me mildly sore. Good little workout!

My shoulder was hurting during the exercise but stopped hurting when I stopped the exercise, is this normal? It was my right shoulder.
