In the 1995 matchup against the Pitt Panthers, Terry Glenn set an Ohio State record for receiving yards in a single game with 253. This eclipsed Gary Williams' 220 yards set against Florida State in 1981. While Williams' mark was since eclipsed by Santonio Holmes in 2004 (against Marshall), Glenn's receiving tally still stands for tops in a single game performance.

In this clip, I uploaded all 9 catches, including the 4 TDs and Ohio State going for two after Glenn's 3rd TD catch. Guess who made good on the conversion...

And the beat goes on and on until the break of dawn.

This is quite possibly the the dorkiest stuff I've ever heard in a broadcast. I remember rewinding the VHS to hear this about 15 times.

  • Man I miss Terry Glenn.
