Love is the frequency of the higher dimensions beyond the third dimension. Love is an energy - that holds intelligence. Love is the trigger for our DNA to change shape & mutate to the higher formation - again assisting us with our evolution. Love is source "God" if you will. Or the "God Particle" depending if you prefer religious or scientific terminology. Both are true.

What do you mean by saying "light" all the time?

Light is the frequency of knowledge and information which creates evolution - this includes evolution of the physical human body. We are Light - our cells are made of Light.

I use the word "light" in the sense of energy, all of creation is made up of energy, light also illuminates the way of truth away from the forces of darkness and fear who have controlled us for generations. Okaaay, but I still don't completely understand how these videos and groups are "light & love". I mean love as in a non-interpersonal sense, if that's what this appears to me, as some ephemeral concept. Maybe I can figure it out, but I've never fully understood what people mean by that phrase. More than the floaty use of "love" I don't get the use of "light" and nobody else as some lightwork/starseed/indigowhate­ver ever explained it well. What do you mean by saying "light" all the time?

Your questions about love/loyalty depend on how you experience or feel love "what love means to you" and whether your idea of love originates from the ego or the soul (there is a difference). Therefore the only person who can give you the answers about love (true or false) is you, as noone else can experience love for you or tell you how love feels - you just feel it - Peace
