The final workout for the CrossFit Games will be as follows:

155 pound Squat Clean and Jerk, 30 reps (100 pounds for women)

The barbell goes from ground to overhead, passing through a front squat in which the crease of the hip passes below the height of the kneecap. The finish position is with the arms, hips and knees fully extended, arms overhead, with at least a portion of the ear visible in front of the arm. Dropping the barbell is acceptable.

  • @xClutch93 These guys don't use kilos, they use standard instead of imperial. Plates are: 45 red, 35 green, 25 yellow, 10 green, 5 white or metal, 2.5 metal usually.

  • @RandomStevie in weightlifting red is 25kg which is 55lbs, green is 10kg which is 22lbs, regardless of whether you use lbs or kg, how can these guys reinvent the wheel like that?

  • @xClutch93 Lol. 45 (red) + 45 (red) + 10 (green) + 10 (green) + 45 (bar) = 155. CrossFit uses pounds.

  • 2(red+green)+bar=90kg

    90kg=198lbs

    there are only 2 ways that bar weighs 155lbs

    1. they are on a sandy alien planet that has less gravity

    2. crossfit dont count the bar? i.e 90kg-20kg=70kg=155lbs

    which is fucking retarded
