unfortunately ellin, too many things have changed for the worse since you left. traffic is horrible, the roads are full of ill-disciplined, greedy drivers, smoke-belching tricycles occupy every street corner that worsen the problems. thieves are plenty because of drug problems and the local government are just scratching their B#@LLS about it. hope we have a better government in the future.
