Man dancing on tube

The Hammersmith and City Line. A man (possibly in a state of poor mental health) dancing, kicking and occasionally shouting "Jah!" or "Babylon!" By the time I'd started filming, he'd calmed down quite a lot, which is sad from my point of view but was probably a good thing.

Think you were lucky just to witness buzzing and slowing...had you been stuck there much longer, there would have been the comedown and psychowithdrawal. Substance issues, rather than mental health, I believe.

Oh my FUCKING GOD!! That is me. I didn't see you filming this. Mind you, I was well in to music at this stage (I was listening to Jah! and Babylon! which are Westlife album tracks).

I wasn't on drugs and I am not mentally ill. I guess I can see why you might think I was on drugs looking at this video. I was just in a good mood. I am a magistrate and I'm just happy in my role as a Justice of the Peace.

Anyway, nice video. 6 stars,
