Pretty good waist and the dummy suffers because of it.. I had little opportunity to train with women. When I did they seemed uncomfortable to have their face so close to mine. Perhaps that's just my face. I began to develop a belief that women approach a physical/athletic subject differently to males. They take more time to think and they discuss it in groups. We all need to think hard about wing chun techniques in the kwoon. This one shows the skills to be a teacher of an all-women class.

she hits hard!!!!

No need to worry about her hands, wing chun training requires you to not wear gloves so that you can make your hands tougher and stronger, it may not look like it but her hands are strong as steel

I AM SO SCARED OF HER!
good form. just watch how hard you are hitting that. why damage your peripheral nerves in the long term - you will only hinder your sensitivity, which will affect your chi sao. the purpose of the dummy is to stick to it, not to beat it up.

I have been doing exactly the same thing for 40 years without affecting my nerves at all. Thank you anyway.

Good demo, but be careful with hitting the dummy hard long-term.......you could damage your hands

Thank you for your kindness. But I have been doing it for about 40 years and it doesn't seem to have done me any harm.
