  • with this crisis, it is the europeans that solve the problems. if there was oil in somalia, tough, i bet america would be now more then eager to help somalia regain their security and freedom.

  • hahahaha..why invade somalia..these pirates used be fishermen. some countries decided to dump waste in the somali water thus killin many fish...so they decided to become pirates

  • Don't let pirates die! The flying spaghetti mosnter never will forgive ;)

  • Eu bought the fishing rights in Somali waters many years ago from currupt Somali politicians, the warlords, and now the prosperous european mafia, who is said to be behind the piracy industry, is able to provide Somali pirates with weapons. The previous fishermen, now pirates out of necessity, also fight against dumping companies as Ashair partners and Progresso, who dump toxic and nuclear waste into the waters around Somali and have been done so for many years, stay away from the beaches...

  • ... Problems, problems, complaints, complaints, but Not One Solution offered! That is strange, since there is ONE SOLUTION to ALL SOCIAL EVILS, and that is a SCIENTIFIC MONEYLESS CONSUMER-BASED ECONOMY that will build Global League of IDEAL PRIVATE CITIES that will be self-sufficient, energy efficient, population limited, automobile liberated, resident owned, debt free, and self-governing. Search YouTube for "The Great Pyramid, why was it built - Lesson 1c, Lessons 3,4".

If Somalia was rich in oil and opium, the americans would bomb the shit out of it.

  • somalis have the legitimate right to defend themselves against european abuse ... overfishing and toxic waste ... look it up, inform yourself, don't just follow the media propaganda.

  • @timkingioo There IS oil in Somalia. Its just too difficult thieving countries to steal. No country solves problems for the sake of "good will" though. its not profitable

  • Americans don't "liberate" and bring democracy to Somalia or Sudan but to a place wehre there was order and government- Iraq.

  • Europe, instead of playing pirate hunter why dont you go full force and just wipe all the pirates out? i know that the USA isnt doing much more. Thats the issue.

They still do it, four pirates were transferred to Kenya only two weeks ago.

"Yesterday on 29 September, four suspected pirates were handed over to Kenyan authorities by SPS Galicia.

EU NAVFOR has welcomed the decision of the Kenya authorities to prosecute these four suspected pirates, interdicted by the EU NAVFOR Spanish warship SPS GALICIA, after boarding the dhow on 24 September."
