Time lapse of new growth from a Wollemi Pine (Wollemia nobilis). 22 days of growth shown in 10 seconds of video. The new growth sprouts rapidly from the plant.

This genus was previously thought to have become extinct 2 million years ago until a few live trees were found in 1994 in Australia, 150km from Sydney.

  • Yes, unfortunately it did die. I think I kept the roots too wet by having a saucer under the plant. I have put a link to the care information in the video description.
