Introduced to Europe in 1202 in Fibonacci's Liber Abaci, it is a method of multiplying large numbers using a grid.

  • This guy took a very long time to complete this problem, but it's not like you have to write every little thing down once you get the hang of it. It's best used for larger multiplication problems, not small ones that you can usually do in your head.

  • @ParadoxPyralvex ive been in many situations in which it took me much less time to complete a math problem correctly thanks to this method but thats with realy large numbers
