Clip Info: "July 4" large pyrotechnics display, 7 mi NW of Ithaca, NY, near Trumansburg. This show ran about 30 min and we recorded this action clip at the end to catch the finale racks and large buried mortars for a post-shoot "clinical" analysis. The finale was intense, so here it is as an example of what it's like in the back field. The clip begins with the tail end of a ground display segment, seen from the backfield through a treeline. The finale starts about 1/2 way through the clip. A faux finish happens after the first 1/3, followed by a 14 sec delay and then the final section, with lots of 5" salutes and ending with timed 6, 8, 10, and 12" aerials for a nice cascade effect. To end the finale, there is a volley of nine 5" salutes. As happens from time to time, there's some backfield confusion regarding the finale lighting cue, but the finale effects worked as planned and the echos and wild crowd response at the finish made us feel real good--

@CoolBalla15 Thx for the note. We've got the aerial part of the finale on video and could match the two up split-screen and post to YT at some point if people are interested. Or maybe we'll do it anyway, one of these days. That finale was a good one but the best so far at one of these private parties covered 33acres of ground. We really lit up the skys on that one.
