That's some serious wind. The Elizabeth Islands are a delight to pass. I'm a little jealous that you can thread Quicks hole in a tri-hull without the reservations of dragging the sand 4 feet down at low tide. As far as shooting WHILE passing through Quick's Hole, well, you need an extra crewman for that... not worth running into the sides of that narrow-dredged channel!
Nice video, very apt soundtrack. Smooth sailing to you come next season; 10-4.

Cool Stuff! (and a somewhat more interesting Video than watching a door (washboards) close!).

Nice!

Whare was Quick's Hole? Wanted to see you run thru it with that wind behind you.

Thanks Zen. Where ya been. You've been awfully quiet on Sailfar. Everything okay I hope.

This video was shot starting about five minutes after we passed through Quick's Hole. Quick's is pretty easy to navigate in a sailboat, especially with the wind out of the NW, since it's a downwind reach. :)
