Double OT loss. We just can't seem to beat the Jazz with or without Boozer.

  • why didnt u put memos shots??

  • He's tied ball games in the clutch repeatedly in his career and the shot he passed up to stuckey was a completely WIDE OPEN look so it was the right play. You qualified your statement pretty well as sweeping and innacurate. Besides hes a smaller player so he wont necessarily be able to get a good look in the very dying moments of games cause 2 or 3 players jump out on him on his shots, so he usually makes the right plays man with a pass to an open look at the right time, plays to his strengths

  • I qualified my statement pretty clearly. I didn't say he has never made a gamewinning shot, period; I said he's never made one that was the difference between winning and losing, i.e., down 2 points and hitting a 3-pointer to win it, or down 1 and hitting a 2-pointer. He only ever makes shots that are low-pressure, i.e., when both teams are tied, as he did against the Thunder. In this game, he was unwilling to take the gamewinning shot yet again.

  • Hit hit a game winner a few days ago against oklahoma and hit one against portland last season with the nuggets. Can't fault him for making the right plays down the stretch aka passing.

  • i dont remember the last time the Pistons played great defense since the Lakers game in Nov. after losing Ben Wallace, i dont think the Pistons have put in that much of an effort on team defense since

  • Yea haha...even Chicago beat them. But that's been the Pistons and AI's story so far--beat great teams (Cavs, San Antonio, Lakers), but lose to junky teams.

  • I just don't understand why utah got our number

  • I love Iverson--he's my favorite player. However, the one thing I absolutely do not like about him is his inability/unwillingness to make or take crunch-time shots. I cannot recall him having ever made that shot that was the difference between losing and winning. He should have taken that shot instead of passing it up to Stuckey. He's the veteran, after all.
