It isn't cheap to drill in the ocean. Gasoline should be strategically reserved not for the purpose of the four-yearly ass-extraction paradigm thought-program of moderately intelligent people pulling moderately tolererable stunts but because there is an asia of different kinds of peoples who will not all be together the way white persons are together and therefore the future is not predictable- gasoline must be reserved as a reasonably efficient mobility energy for the purposes of making war.
