This place is 2 miles from my house. I saw they won the Throwdown challenge, so I looked this video up. Don't get me wrong: The place is pretty dang good! But I can see how they won. Bobby made....THAT? Eww. If anyone is in the area, this place is DEFINITELY worth trying. However, I lived in South Texas for 19 years, and this BBQ here doesn't stand up to the BBQ down there in my home town.

@jogmas12 I can personally assure you that pork does not taste like human flesh. There is a similarity between the texture but the similarities end there.
