Alan Johnson MP, Labours Health Secretary, has welcomed the news that the Labour Governments plan to build, improve, or refurbish 100 hospitals has been completed two years ahead of schedule.

The 100th hospital scheme opens its doors and top class care to patients in St. Helens this morning.
