@impdream70 I agree about the louche, or lack thereof in this case. It is artificially colored. I bought one of these kits when I first was looking into absinthe. The herbs are splattered with green food coloring.

It's supposed to louche with ice water and turn from a VERY light green to a cloudy green-ish milky white drink. If it's good absinthe -you can skip the sugar. It looks like the stuff he has is artificially colored. he isn't MAKING absinthe he is SERVING absinthe.

First absinthe is not a banned alcohol, now its legal, back then the ingredients were banned, the main ingredient are wormwood and belladonna, two you should never use plastic containers to brew alcohol

Pushing poison. listen kids if you want absinthe buy it from a reputable online seller. first this ass is using everclear rated at 151- and 190 proof grain alc , absinthe is 90-148 proof distilled to taste like Ouso or a Black licorice. Nothing you do to it is going to make it like the real thing, cause its drank by the glass full not shots the point behind it is euphoria not drunk'n stupor.
