I keep going back and forth between this and the "Love Stinks" fart scene with French Stewart and Bridgette Wilson for best one. ("Oooh, I got skills, I got game.") Third place goes to "Hollywood Knights" and Robert Wuhl's "Volare" rendition.

I remember the advert on tv not long ago with the film scene from Blazing Saddles, of the farting cowboys, and I was in hysterics laughing non-stop, and my sides were splitting. Hilarious.
