First, what's with the make up? They look like clowns, kids are cute without it. That's a wonderful dance routine, they have lots of talent. There is nothing wrong with their outfits because it helps not to get in their way of the routine and shows the judges their legs like cookiecat20 said above. Unfortunately, with the disgusting perverts that live in our world today, these outfits make these girls a target and hopefully the parents make them cover up before leaving the dance hall like that.
