Instructions If You Weren't Able To Understand Me Or Couldn't Hear Me:

Download The File
Then You Put It On The Flashcart
Start The Flashcart Up, And Start The File.
Then Take The Flashcart Out, And Put The Action Replay In.
Update The Action Replay (You May Get Errors When You Do, But Just Keep Trying) Then After It's Done Updating Restart Your DS And It Should Work.
