Parkland county rural internet study - part 2 CwoB 2008 CwoB 2008

Allan Bly presents the findings of a study done on behalf of Parkland County, Alberta on the challenges of providing universal high speed internet access at the Communities without Boundaries virtual conference held at 21 venues across Alberta on October 31st 2008.
Allan Bly is the president and founder of ViTel Consulting Inc. an Edmonton based consulting firm. ViTel assists communities and municipalities in becoming Intelligent Communities.
