At 192, I can do 316 x 16.

Not 100% sure... but the whole body physical exertion.. combined with the cardio-vascular system being at it's max... I think all the heavy breathing-strong lung/chest contraction combined with heavy abdominal contraction, causes a lot of compression on the digestive track.. that's why I don't eat for at least 90 mins before this type of workout..

Thanks.. nope, I actually have really good recovery on legs.. they were tired, but not hurting.. that's why I know if my cardio was better, I should have been able to push out a few more reps..
