22 Reps of 315 lbs Squat - side view
Not bad for an old man...
pretty much raw, most below parallel... neoprene knee sleeves and velcro belt... took belt off halfway.. no way I could breath with PL belt..

Almost lost it at the end.. my breakfast was creeping upwards.. a 23rd rep would have seen it escape.. lol

I WELCOME any critique of my form... especially the first 7 reps.. I admit that they broke down after that..

  • why do squats cause people to throw up?

  • Not 100% sure... but the whole body physical exertion.. combined with the cardio-vascular system being at it's max... I think all the heavy breathing-strong lung/chest contraction combined with heavy abdominal contraction, causes a lot of compression on the digestive track.. that's why I don't eat for at least 90 mins before this type of workout..

  • Thanks.. nope, I actually have really good recovery on legs.. they were tired, but not hurting.. that's why I know if my cardio was better, I should have been able to push out a few more reps..

  • very strong. I've never seen anyone in a gym come close to this set in terms of depth, speed, weight, and reps. And I go to a big gym for 90 minutes a day! You YouTube monsters, you.

  • Nice. I need to work on my form a little bit, hopefully get 315 soon. Im at 305 and weigh 170, trying to boost my vertical without gaining weight.
