I never realized how talented Ken Berry is. The disco scene was pretty smooth!

OMG!! I loved these commercials. I miss the 70's.

This was a very entertaining commercial. But what I find the most intersting is that Not once did they show any stock! A shoe commercial and no shoes shown. :/

does anyone know what happened to Ken Berry? kinney's shoes went out of business here in the early nineties..i remember i got my first pair of platforms from kinney's shoes and i was 12 years old in 1977...those were good times..

Unbelievable to me to see Ken Berry singing and dancing. He is awesome in these! I only knew him from Mama's Family. And he played such a "schlub" on it. My mom always said she hated him. I hated him on Mama's Family too...such talent seen in these commercials though!

lol, i only watched this because i am doing a english prodject and i wanted to find out about the kind of shoes people wore in 1975.

@heine71 agreed! i think it would be next to impossible to convey disco to ken berry in 1975

LOL I remember Ken Berry from Mama's Family!

Yummy Yummy Yummy!! Ken Berry is still a cutie. Does anyone know if he ever recorded records? Solo artist, that is.
Awww..remember Kinney Shoes Store? My mom would take us 4 kids there and we'd all sit down and have our feet measured by the sales rep and be embarrassed if we had a hole in our sock. Nowadays you do all the shoe sizing yourself. It's funny how so much has changed in 35 years. It's sad... Thanks for this post though. It's awesome.

Wow, these commercials showed Ken Berry was quite a dancer. And to think most people only remember him from F Troop or maybe Mama's Family.

Ken was gifted in so many ways. Maybe the only thing that stood between him and major stardom was his modest personality. During the few days we worked on these commercials, there didn't appear to be an ambitious bone in his body. Doing a good job was good enough for him. Whaddaguy.
