There's a new DVD out that could make a great Christmas gift this holiday season. It tells about one man's amazing journey from atheism to faith in Jesus Christ.

Investigative journalist Lee Strobel conducted a two-year investigation of the Bible and the life of Jesus Christ. His goal was to disprove the claims of Christ.

"I was a journalist, so there was really no problem with me picking up the phone and calling a scholar and saying, 'Hey, I'm Lee Strobel. I'm with The Chicago Tribune. I'd like some background information about the New Testament.' And so I would do that. And I thought it was going to be so easy to expose the fallacious thinking behind Christianity," Strobel said.

"Someone who gives an intellectual defense for Christianity"

That is an oxymoron if there ever was one.

  • @NorwegianKafir Are you denying evolution even though there is clearly overwhelming evidence showing transitional fossils? Please tell me you're not a creationist -_-

  • they cut him off at the very end.

  • @NorwegianKafir Actually I never looked at the wiki page, not sure if that discusses the issue I was thinking of regarding the tornado and 747. If it does then yes I absolutely disagree with his statement.

  • @NorwegianKafir by your definition of evolution I absolutely agree lol, just as well no scientists actually accept what you proposed.

  • @NorwegianKafir Yep, evolution is the theory that organisms are subject to variation. It by no means rules out the possibility that a God planned evolution of organisms after creating the first organisms.

I don't believe that to be true but a lot of theists do see and say evolution is the product of God.

  • @Boomboxpower lol, have you seen the "references" in the Hoyle's fallacy article? Wow, talking about Mickey Mouse and hobby-scientists. But you take this article really, really seriously, don't you? I mean, being crazy darwiniac and atheist and everything. LOL. Please tell me that the article is a parody, a crude joke... please...

  • @Boomboxpower you make a mathematical model of life on earth based on evolution. Then you you run different tests and find the probability of something like that ever happened.

But because pink flying elephants are far more scientific reasonable than the crazy fake theory of evolution, all Darwiniacs whine and bitch that their theory should never be tested for probability. All you need is blind faith combined with raw stupidity and then bully every dissident into silence. Great "science"

  • @Boomboxpower oh, really? So all the atheists and pseudo-scientists in the world that claim that there is no need for God because the theory of evolution explain life on earth, they are all wrong then? Please explain.

  • @Boomboxpower Gee, Wikipedia's article about Hoyle's fallacy is itself a fallacy. You guys are real low IQ morons.

Go to the article and see if you agree. I will then explain why the article is moronic.
