If the stupid Amerikan government made Hemp legal we could make plastic out of it that isnt toxic and biodegrades (ive eaten hemp plastic before with no ill effects). Even communist china has legal hemp!!!

Only ignorant people blame the product ( bottles) when it is the user's fault.

How can we blame bottles and not blame guns, cars and everything else that has an effect on the environment.

What we should be looking at is better ways to encourage more recycling, as all plastic bottles are recyclable and are the safest and healthiest most convenient way to transport food and beverage.

@gynecolog1st Penn & Teller are themselves Bullshit. Recycling is the LAST STEP in a 3 step process. The 1st two, being far more important are, Reduce and Reuse. Recycling is the last resort, when you cant reduce or reuse any more. P&T dont even know the difference between renewable and sustainable resources. They promote inferior products blindly siding against the R R R campaign. They present you with 1/2 truth, and you bought it.

@Rammsteinn8Italia Yea you mean like volcanoes, asteroids, black holes, alien attacks, those kinda things? I guess you're right. But why end this party sooner then we have to with a quick nuclear blast or the slow suffocation of the world's ecosystem? Scientists estimate 10-30 million plant & animal species on the planet, most unidentified. Each year as many as 50,000 species disappear. Most die off because of human activity. So we're running an uncontrolled experiment on the only home we have.
