One of my favourite songs of all time. No matter how many times i listen to it, it never gets old.

ALL of The Fray's songs have saved my life. Literally, every song they have ever written has been like a quote from my life story. Isaac is deeper than most give him credit for I think. I think he's defined the word Happiness better than anyone ever has or ever will. I don't know where'd I'd be if it weren't for songs like this. Thanks, Isaac.

Anyone know what kind of effects the lead guitarist is using to create that really extended echo effect in the second half of the song? I'm guessing he's using a lot of big reverb plus a volume pedal to create a swell effect, but his swells seem to sustain for very long and they're very smooth... any idea how he does it?
