In San Bernardino County, Calif. a brand-new housing development was demolished. As Jeff Glor reports, it was decided it would be cheaper to tear down than sell because of the housing market bust.

They didn't give enough information. They should have given the name of the area, city or town and had video footage.

Who pays for the labor to take apart? Probally make a little selling materials used, but concrete will go to waste. Concrete is not cheap.
